SD-GY-01 Dysarthria Assessment and Training System
Technical Parameters
The system is used for various types of dysarthria, such as spastic dysarthria, hyperkinetic dysarthria, and hypokinetic dysarthria. It assesses and detects abilities related to oral movement, initial consonant articulation, vowel articulation, tone articulation, and phoneme pair articulation, providing relevant information for the diagnosis, rehabilitation, and efficacy monitoring of dysarthria.
1. System Functions: Composed of 8 major modules: function introduction + file management + screening assessment + detection records + rehabilitation training + ecological teaching platform + user management + system settings.
System Introduction: Includes classification of dysarthria, symptoms of disorders, assessment methods, and rehabilitation training methods;
2. File Management: Includes file registration, file query, and information modification, enabling the collection of children's avatar photos and recording/storing detailed patient information.
3. Screening Assessment: Uses standardized scales for assessment, including the Frenchay Dysarthria Assessment and the Chinese Dysarthria Assessment (CRRC).
3.1. Frenchay Dysarthria Assessment: Evaluates the severity of dysarthric organ movement disorders through 8 major items (reflexes, respiration, lips, jaw, soft palate, larynx, tongue, speech) and 28 sub-items, with each test establishing a 5-level scoring standard. This method dynamically and quantitatively observes changes before and after treatment, diagnoses subtypes, and determines efficacy, providing guidance for treatment prognosis.
3.2. Chinese Dysarthria Assessment (CRRC): Consists of two parts: assessment of articulatory organs and assessment of articulation. The assessment of articulatory organs includes functional checks of respiration (lungs), laryngeal function, face, oral muscles, hard palate, velopharyngeal mechanism, tongue, jaw (masticatory muscles), and reflexes. The articulation assessment includes conversation, word checks, syllable repetition checks, article-level checks, and articulation-like movement checks. This method can detect whether the subject has motor articulation abnormalities and their severity, and can also be used to assess organic and functional articulation abnormalities. It provides significant guidance for evaluating the presence, degree, and common types of articulation abnormalities, as well as for treatment.
4. Detection Records: Multi-condition query of individual assessment record information and report printing. Features the ability to restore previous assessment processes, facilitating the development of in-depth, targeted individual training plans. Includes visual charts and reports for comparing past assessments, enabling users to intuitively analyze training effectiveness.
5. Rehabilitation Training: Includes two modes: interactive games and fun Q&A.
5.1. Interactive Games: Enhances the trainee's interest and improves communication skills through game interactions. Various game forms provide targeted training for the trainee's respiratory system, pronunciation teaching, and articulatory movements.
5.2. Fun Q&A: Includes basic pronunciation and advanced training, all featuring voice broadcast, image display, and voice recognition as required by question types.
Basic pronunciation first uses images, text, and voice for initial consonant and vowel induction training, followed by practice with single characters, words, tongue twisters, and similar words.
Advanced training includes poetry, short essays, stories, etc., with content progressing from simple to difficult to achieve the goal of fluent communication.
6. Rich Training Resources: Rehabilitation training offers two modes: interactive games and fun Q&A, with ≥25 interactive games of varying difficulty and forms, complete pronunciation training (initials and vowels), and ≥300 advanced training contents.
Flexibility:
7. Intelligent Recommendation and Personalized Training Plans: The system automatically analyzes data such as whether the child has dysarthria, the type of disorder, pronunciation status, personal age, and assessment information to automatically create personalized training plans.
8. Flexibility: Therapists can modify the system-generated training plans and, based on intelligent recommendations, flexibly develop personalized rehabilitation training content according to actual needs. Trainers can add and update training content via the resource teaching platform.
9. Data Storage: ≥99.99 million records, with real-time query and editing capabilities.
Full Process Monitoring: Monitors the entire rehabilitation process, accurately recording the trainee's progress at different stages. Displays the rehabilitation status of the trainee through graphical interfaces and data comparisons, facilitating adjustments to the cognitive rehabilitation plan by the therapist.
10. Export Function: Features one-click export of cognitive assessment and training report results.
11. User Management: Allows setting up administrators and operators based on user roles. Each operator can have a unique username and password, and administrators can assign different permissions to operators as needed.
12. Omnidirectional Rotation System: Uses a multi-angle adjustment system, more ergonomic, adaptable to children of different heights. Unlike traditional products, it keeps the line of sight parallel to the display, reducing the fatigue intensity of rehabilitation training.
13. Display Screen Tilt Adjustment Function: The instrument is equipped with dual 19-inch LED medical LCD anti-glare color touch screens with tilt angle adjustment, effectively reducing visual fatigue. It meets user requirements for different viewing angles and diagnostic environments while demonstrating excellent mobility and flexibility.
14. Stereo C-Type Body Design: Ergonomically designed to ensure operator comfort during instrument operation.
15. Workstation Cart: ABS operation platform, aesthetically pleasing, made of eco-friendly materials.
16. Dual Touch Screen Display: Touch LCD screens ≥19.5 inches.
17. Printer: Brand printer, supports A4 printing, interface: high-speed USB 2.0.
18. Active Speakers: Active speakers, dual-channel.
19. Microphone: Professional directional microphone.
20. Camera: USB interface, plug-and-play driver-free HD camera.
21. Applicable Diseases: Suitable for children aged 2 and above with speech disorders caused by lesions, paralysis of speech-related muscles, weakened contraction force, or movement incoordination.
22. Applicable Venues: Rehabilitation departments of various hospitals, rehabilitation institutions at all levels of the disabled persons' federation, special education institutions at all levels, and various children's rehabilitation training institutions.
